You'll Need: 

1/4 white onion diced 

1 tbsp spread 

1 tbsp olive oil 

1 clove garlic diced 

7 mugs spinach slashed 

to taste salt and pepper 

For egg blend 

1 egg 

1/4 container feta cheddar disintegrates 

1/4 container Parmesan cheddar destroyed 

1/4 glass new dill slashed 

Step by step instructions to Make: 

Saute the onion in olive oil and margarine on medium warmth, for around 3-4 minutes. Mix in garlic and spinach and saute for another 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Exchange spinach onto the plate, and place in a virus put for a couple of minutes. 

Then, set up the egg blend by whisking whatever remains of the fixings together. 

Presently, it's an ideal opportunity to expel additional fluid from spinach. Essentially grasp a bunch of spinach, and endeavor to crush the juices out with your hands. Move dry spinach into another bowl. 

Add egg blend to the spinach. Mix. Separation the filling into 4 sections. Spread 1/4 of the filling onto a half of tortilla and overlap the other half finished. Broil on an ungreased griddle, on low warmth for 4 minutes on each side.
